About Us

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a professional relationship in which the Coach and Client engage in a thought-provoking, creative thinking process that inspires the client to reach their full potential. This process often uncovers previously dormant sources of productivity, imagination, and leadership. It is designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals. Coaching is helpful for anyone looking to break out of the patterns, habits, and thinking that are holding them back from achieving their goals and dreams. This includes individuals, organizations, leaders, and even other coaches.

How does it work?

Life Coaching takes place in the gap between where the Client is and where they want to be. The partnership is Client-led, meaning the Client defines the outcome of each coaching session and the overarching goal. Coaching sessions can take place on a one-time basis but are most effective over the course of 4-6 sessions. Sessions are typically 30-50 minutes in length and take place very 1-4 weeks for the duration of the term. By the end of each session, the Client will have determined their next right step(s), a date/time by which to complete them, and who will hold them accountable to following through with their plan.

Meet Ben

As a Leadership Coach with over 2 decades in and around ministry and business, I’m passionate about coming alongside Pastors and those in full-time ministry. Ministry can be very difficult and lonely, especially for Pastors, and we weren't made to go through life alone. I enjoy seeing people find freedom and fulfillment as Christ intended, helping people reach their goals, hone their calling, and live with purpose. I have also spent 20+ years working in technology consulting and leading teams. I enjoy partnering with people to grow their business, improve workplace culture, enhance communication and lead with a coach approach mindset.

 FAQs

  • We’re better together, as the saying goes, and we weren’t designed to go through life alone. Sometimes we don’t know what we really think until we hear what we have to say, and more importantly, what we don’t. Every one of us has a version of ourselves we would be if we could get past all our fears, insecurities, bad habits, and hangups, and Coaching helps you do that. The best coaches question your answers, get curious about your certainty, and offer you the opportunity to reimagine your situation.

  • 100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. The coaching relationship, as well as all information the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship.

  • It’s an investment in your life and future, so in other words, are YOU worth it? We unequivocally believe so, or we wouldn’t do what we do! But let me ask you this: whatever gap you’re struggling with in life, have you been able to bridge it yourself? Or do you just keep trying and failing, trying and succeeding a little, but then failing again? Or maybe you’re too stuck or afraid to try at all. Are you ready for some real, lasting change? You could continue to do what you’ve always done and get the same results, or you could make the investment in an alternate future that not only benefits you but everyone you interact with moving forward. Wouldn’t that be worth it?
