Our Unique Approach
At Hope for Everyday Life, we specialize in Embodied Belief.
What you believe is the most important thing about you. Our beliefs begin with a thought, a whisper, a word. With time and repetition, they sink into our bones. And these beliefs, once embodied, become a part of our subconscious. Even if we’re not fully aware of what the beliefs are, we can’t help but exude them in our emotions, thoughts, words, behaviors, biases, and assumptions. It’s a force that takes on a life of its own. Our beliefs are powerful, transformative, and have the ability to change the world, even if it’s just the immediate world around you.
Almost any problem, when whittled down to its core, is really about a limiting belief or negative thought pattern. The belief drives the problem, determines how we relate to the problem, and affects how we show up in life, thus making whatever it is a problem for us in the first place. We are what we believe, but there’s a huge difference between believing something in your head and embodying that belief. What makes us different from other Coaches is that we offer an embodied, faith-based approach that focuses on shifting the identity-level beliefs keeping you small, stuck, and struggling. Once you embody new beliefs, you change your life!
FAQs
-
Life coaching is a professional relationship in which the Coach and Client engage in a thought-provoking, creative thinking process that inspires the client to reach their full potential. This process often uncovers previously dormant sources of productivity, imagination, and leadership. It is designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals. Coaching is helpful for anyone looking to break out of the patterns, habits, and thinking that are holding them back from achieving their goals and dreams. This includes individuals, organizations, leaders, and even other coaches.

Life Coaching takes place in the gap between where the Client is and where they want to be. The partnership is Client-led, meaning the Client defines the outcome of each coaching session and the overarching goal. Coaching sessions can take place on a one-time basis but are most effective over the course of 4-6 sessions. Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in length and take place very 1-4 weeks for the duration of the term. By the end of each session, the Client will have determined their next right step(s), a date/time by which to complete them, and who will hold them accountable to following through with their plan.

It’s an investment in your life and future, so in other words, are YOU worth it? We unequivocally believe so, or we wouldn’t do what we do!
But let me ask you this: whatever gap you’re struggling with in life, have you been able to bridge it yourself? Or do you just keep trying and failing, trying and succeeding a little, but then failing again? Or maybe you’re too stuck or afraid to try at all. Are you ready for some real, lasting change? You could continue to do what you’ve always done and get the same results you’ve always gotten, or you could make the investment in an alternate future that not only benefits you but everyone you interact with moving forward. Wouldn’t that be worth it?
